CNC milling involves the use of computer-controlled machines to follow specific tool paths and shape materials using high-speed rotating cutting tools.
As the demand for larger and more precise products has increased, the machining process has evolved from two-axis to three-axis, four-axis, and five-axis machining centers. These advancements allow for precision up to 0.001mm. Our CNC machines have a maximum processing size of 500mm * 1000mm * 600mm and can handle workpieces weighing up to 800kg. The machine tool spindle operates at a speed of 20,000 RPM, ensuring a smooth and clean surface finish on the workpiece.
We commonly work with materials such as aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel, titanium, POM, , and others. After completing the CNC machining process, which prioritizes high quality and dimensional accuracy, we divide the parts into rough machining and fine processing stages to achieve the best results. The rough machining stage removes a margin with dimensions around 0.5 * 1mm, followed by finish machining. Some products may undergo surface treatments such as plating, polishing, passivation, sandblasting (powder coating), or anodic treatment. Anodic treatment, which is commonly used for aluminum CNC parts, can produce black, red, blue, or other colored anodized finishes.
CNC machining is widely employed in various industries, including aviation, automotive, communications, medical equipment, electrical appliances, and drone manufacturing, due to its versatility and precision.
FAQ:
Q1.What do I need for offering a quote ?
A: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Q2: Will my design drawings be safe when you get it ?
A: Yes, we will not publish your design to a third party unless your permission is obtained. We can sign NDA before you send the drawings.
Q3: Can you send me samples ?
A: Yes, Samples are for free, and freight is on your side.
Or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
