Turning: We utilize engine lathes, 2-axis CNC lathes, and 5-axis Mori Seiki turning centers to efficiently machine a wide range of parts.
Threading: We use multiple machines to machine various threads, including standard 60°, ACME, and trapezoidal threads, as well as external and internal diameter threads, NPT and BSPT tapered threads, etc.
Drilling: We can drill cross holes, off-center holes, straight holes, or corner holes, and can perform machining on any face of the Mori Seiki turning centers. We also use a variety of carbide, standard HSS, and insert drills to drill straight or corner holes on the 4th axis of the OKK VM7III.
Boiling: We offer a variety of boring operations, including tapered and eccentric boring, to provide precise and accurate solutions.
3D Milling: We use advanced software and machinery to program and produce 3D parts for our clients, ensuring the quality, precision, and reliability of the final product.
