Our Surface Finishing Standards for CNC Machining

For all CNC machined parts we produce, we have established strict standards to ensure the quality of deburring and primary surface treatment. These standards cover a variety of processes such as smoothing, shot peening, brushing, polishing, brushing and electropolishing.

Deburring

Deburring is standard for all machined parts, regardless of surface finish.
Choice of Standard:
• Standard is deburring and breaking of sharp edges (chamfering)
• No secondary burrs
• Chamfer size: 0.25mm +/-0.125mm

Deburr and maintain sharp edges
Deburr and create rounded edges

Standard:

• Smooth processing similar to "machine processing", but the machine marks are less obvious

Ideal Applications

Smoothing is best suited for precision parts with strict surface finish requirements, but is not suitable for customer-facing products. For finished and/or customer-facing products, primary processing such as polishing or painting is usually required, followed by secondary processing such as anodizing, electroplating or further polishing.

Q: How do you ship the products? What are the packing details?
A: For small quantity orders, we have partnerships with courier services like TNT, FEDEX, UPS, etc. For larger quantities, air or sea shipment options are available. We have standard packing details, but if you have any specific requirements, we are willing to assist you.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there an extra charge?
A: Yes, we can provide samples, but there may be an extra charge for them.

Q: What are your payment terms? How can I make the payment?
