CNC milling is a machining process performed by computer-controlled machines that utilize high-speed rotating cutting tools to shape materials based on pre-determined trajectories.
As the demand for precise and intricate products has increased, machining has evolved from two-axis to three-axis, four-axis, and even five-axis machining centers, allowing for precision up to 0.001mm. Our CNC machines have a maximum processing size of 500mm * 1000mm * 600mm, and they can handle workpieces weighing up to 800kg. The machine tool spindle operates at a speed of 20,000 RPM to ensure a smooth and clean surface finish on the workpiece.
We commonly work with materials such as aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel, titanium, POM, , and others. To achieve high-quality and highly accurate CNC machining parts, we divide the process into rough machining and fine processing stages to achieve the best results. The rough machining stage removes a margin of approximately 0.5 * 1mm, followed by finish machining. Some products may undergo additional surface treatments such as plating, polishing, passivation, sandblasting, powder coating, or anodizing. Anodizing is a common surface treatment for aluminum CNC parts, offering black, red, blue, or other colored anodized finishes. CNC milling is widely used in various industries including aviation, automotive, communications, medical equipment, electrical appliances, and drone manufacturing.
