Precision CNC machining is a process where computer-controlled machines use high-speed rotating cutting tools to shape materials according to predetermined trajectories.
Over time, the machining process has evolved from two-axis to three-axis, four-axis, and even five-axis machining centers, allowing for highly precise results up to 0.001mm. Our CNC machines have a maximum processing size of 500mm * 1000mm * 600mm, and can handle workpieces weighing up to 800kg. The machine tool spindle speed of 20,000 RPM ensures a smooth and clean surface finish.
We work with a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel, titanium, POM, and PTFE, among others. To achieve the highest quality and dimensional accuracy, we employ both rough machining and fine processing methods. The rough machining removes a margin of approximately 0.5 * 1mm, which is then followed by finish machining. Some products may undergo additional surface treatments such as plating, polishing, passivation, sandblasting, powder coating, or anodizing (commonly used for aluminum CNC parts, providing black, red, blue, or other colored anodized finishes). CNC machining is widely utilized in industries such as aviation, automotive, communications, medical equipment, electrical appliances, and drone manufacturing.
FAQ:
Q1:How can I get a quote?
Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Q2:Can you make machining parts based on our samples?
A2:Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for machining parts making.
Q3:Where is your factory?
A3:We are in Shenzhen, China.
Q4:Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
A4:No, we pay much attention to protect our customers’ privacy of drawings, signing NDA is also accepted if need.
Q5: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A5: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
